Flux is a Java tool available as a Eclipse plug-in which supports the model-driven design of a Struts 1.1 web application by repeatedly generating the struts-config-.xml files from UML activity diagrams. It can also be used standalone from the command line.

It concentrates on generating the flow skeleton sketched as a series of diagrams, then the user can to manually enrich the generated struts-config-.xml files with an editor of choice.
